We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support a Senior HR Business Partner in delivering the people strategy across a complex, highly unionised environment.This role plays a key part in shaping people plans, supporting organisational change, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.Location: London, SE1Contract: Full time - temp 3 months InitiallySalary: £364.70 PAYE / £498 Umbrella per dayHybrid: 50% hybrid - expected to be 80% office based the first few weeksBusiness: Transport for LondonInterview: Via MS TeamsAbout the RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Senior HRBP and senior leadership teams to deliver strategic people initiatives across designated business units.
