Support Workers (Challenging Behaviour) Multiple roles Position: Support Worker - Challenging Behaviour Deaf blindness (MSI)Severe or profound hearing lossSevere or profound vision lossAutism and severe to profound learning disabilities Location: Cheadle Hulme Salary £12.71 Contract: Temporary to permanent after 8 weeks Shifts: AM 07:30am - 15:00pm / 14:30 - 22:00pm including weekends 2 in 4 weekends (every other weekend). About the RoleWe are looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Support Workers to join our clients team supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex or challenging behaviours. Your role is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life while helping to create a safe, supportive environment.No two days will be the same.
