Key Responsibilities: As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and resolving damp and mould issues within the housing stock. Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough property inspections to identify and assess damp and mould problems. Diagnosing the root causes of damp and mould issues, including identifying building defects and environmental factors. Providing detailed reports with recommendations for remedial works, including cost estimates and work specifications. Working closely with contractors to ensure repairs and treatments are completed to a high standard. Ensuring all works are compliant with housing regulations, health and safety standards, and best practice guidelines.
