Softcat is seeking a Cloud Marketplace 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide advanced technical support for cloud-based systems and services. You will be responsible for responding to support issues, diagnosing problems, monitoring cloud systems, escalating unresolved issues, documenting activities, and collaborating with teams to manage cloud solutions.Responsibilities

Respond to 2nd line support issues within SLAs.Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking.Monitor cloud systems and proactively identify issues.Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd Line Support or Cloud Service Providers.Document support activities and maintain a knowledge base.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deploy cloud solutions.Requirements

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Experience with C#, MVC, RESTful APIs, and JSON.Experience with SOA/API architecture.Systems integration development experience.Web Services development and consumption skills.Excellent troubleshooting skills for cloud and on-premises systems.What We Offer
