Classes are small, with 6-8 pupils per class, supported by one teacher and two teaching assistants, allowing for highly personalised learning and attention.Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties across all areas of the curriculumAssisting with personal care, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support where neededDelivering structured learning activities under the guidance of the class teacherSupporting communication, social development, and behaviour managementEncouraging independence and fostering confidence in all pupilsWorking as part of a team of dedicated staff, sharing best practice and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture The ideal candidate will: Hold at least a C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths at GCSEBe patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting children with complex needsBe comfortable assisting with personal careHave
