Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will support the finance function across a range of core activities, including: Supporting month-end close, including preparation and posting of journal Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets Matching, coding, and processing invoices and credit notes against valid purchase orders Completing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies Processing company credit card reports and ensuring compliance with company policy Preparing draft VAT returns for review by senior finance staff Responding to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner Liaising with finance managers to obtain invoice approvals where required Ensuring full compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal controls Skills, Experience and Attributes We
