With a strong engineering heritage and a focus on structural integrity, occupant protection, and manufacturability, they are expanding their interior systems capability as they continue to evolve their next generation of cab platforms.They are now looking for a Vehicle Cab Interior Systems Engineer with proven cab or vehicle interior experience. Applications without direct cab/interior design exposure will not be considered. The Role This is a hands-on design role with ownership across core cab interior assemblies. You will drive designs from concept through to validation and production, ensuring safety, compliance, durability and production readiness.You will take responsibility for systems including: Dash and trim panels Door systems Floor systems and mats Seating and anchorage systems Working within an engineering-led environment, you will collaborate closely with manufacturing, tooling and suppliers to ensure designs are robust and fully aligned to production constraints.Key responsibilities include: Developing concepts and detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings (BS8888) Managing full life cycle design from concept through validation into production Leading material selection
