You''ll be entrusted with the final stages of the build, ensuring that every detail meets the expectations of discerning clientele and aligns with the brand''s reputation for refined luxury.Key ResponsibilitiesImmaculate Finishing: Oversee all aspects of the finishing phase, ensuring exceptional quality across high-spec interiors, bespoke joinery, and tailored finishes.Luxury Standards: Manage the handover process of luxury apartments and penthouses, with an uncompromising eye for detail and precision.Team Coordination: Direct and coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure seamless, timely delivery.Client and Consultant Liaison: Represent the contractor on-site to high-end clients, consultants, and design teams, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.Snag Management: Identify, document, and resolve any defects efficiently, ensuring a pristine product at handover
