The Role We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Multi-Skills Lecturer to join our client''s construction and vocational education team on a full-time basis. The successful Multi-Skills Lecturer will have strong practical construction experience and a passion for supporting and developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality practical and theoretical training across a range of construction disciplines, helping learners develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to progress into employment or further education. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons across multiple construction disciplines. Plan and prepare lessons, demonstrations, practical assessments and learning activities. Support learners in developing practical construction skills and industry knowledge. Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a safe, professional and well-organised workshop and learning environment. Ensure teaching and assessment meet relevant awarding-body and college requirements. Keep accurate records of learner progress, attendance and assessments. Support learners with their development, employability and progression into the construction industry. Keep your industry knowledge and technical skills up to date.
