Finance Director RoleFull-time, permanent positionBased 5 days a week in RomfordNeed to have strong construction experience Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning and Analysis (FPandA)Lead annual planning, budgeting, and rolling cash flow forecasting processes.Review contract Cost-Value Reconciliations (CVRs), work in progress (WIP), and project margins.Monitor financial performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reporting.Financial Control and GovernanceOversee statutory reporting, management accounts, and financial/audit compliance.Ensure strict adherence to construction-specific regulations, tax requirements (such as CIS - Construction Industry Scheme in the UK), and long-term contract accounting rules.Manage working capital, credit control, and treasury/cash management across multi-entity portfolios.
