Currently they are recruiting for an additional Service Administrator. As part of the Service team, the responsibilities for this role are key to the day to day running and growing of the service business. Experienced in your field, you will provide ''first class'' service to a number of stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations. This is an office based position.Your tasksSpare parts administration - generating quotations in SAPTaking spare part order requests from customers and EngineersAnswering phone calls from internal and external customersPlacing spares orders with suppliers and maintaining relevant minimum stock levelsProactively sell spares to increase spares turnoverInvoicing service ordersInvoice queriesUploading invoices and relevant documents to customer online portalsDaily reports to identify and correct orders stuck in error queuesWeekly (or at request) revenue reports for the Service DirectorKey account monthly invoicing and asset list maintenance and managementAd hoc customer reportsYour profileCustomer focus with excellent customer service experienceEffective communication skills both oral and writtenBe a confident problem solverMultitaskExperience
