Production Operative

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Rate of pay: -12.21ph

Contract Type: Temp to perm opportunity

Adecco are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a manufacturing team based in Newcastle Under Lyme. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment. This could lead to a permanent position for successful workers.

• Lifting and handling boards safely throughout the production process
• Stacking finished products ready for the next stage of production
• Supporting the smooth running of the production area
• Carrying out visual quality checks on products
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures

• A hardworking and dependable approach
• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks efficiently
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work well as part of a team
