Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating production machinery safely and efficiently.Assembling and manufacturing products to a high standard.Packing finished products ready for dispatch.Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process.Following production schedules and work instructions.Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.Reporting any faults or issues to the Team Leader.Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.What We''re Looking ForA positive attitude and willingness to learn.Good attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team.Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods.A basic understanding of maths is essential, including counting, measuring and completing simple calculations.Basic English communication skills.ExperiencePrevious production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.Full training will be provided.What We OfferFull training from day one.Permanent, full-time ..... full job details .....
