Mould Remediation / Treatment Operative Bristol, with travel to sites as required Company vehicle £38,000 - £40,000 We are looking for a knowledgeable and practical Mould Remediation / Treatment Operative to join our team, carrying out mould removal and treatment across residential and commercial properties. Based in Bristol, the role involves travelling to client sites, providing technical advice, identifying potential causes of mould and helping to develop further business opportunities. Occasional overnight stays may be required. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, communicating with clients and delivering a professional service, particularly when working in occupied properties. Key responsibilities Carry out mould cleaning, treatment and remediation using approved products, methods and procedures. Provide technical support to clients, explaining treatment options, recommendations and any further investigation required. Identify opportunities for additional work and build positive, professional relationships with clients. Recognise and report signs of damp, condensation and potential underlying causes of mould. Prepare and protect work areas, ensuring appropriate health and safety procedures are followed. Maintain accurate job records, including photographs, treatment details and completion reports.
