Role: Purview SpecialistDay rate: 400pd- 465pd (Inside IR35)Contract: 3 months initialLocation: Manchester (1 day per week onsite) We are recruiting for an experienced Microsoft Purview specialist to lead the design, implementation, and operationalisation of Purview across Microsoft 365. You will work closely with IT Services, Information Governance, IT Security, Legal, and Data teams to ensure data is appropriately classified, protected, and governed to support safe adoption of Copilot and broader Microsoft 365 services. The role will be hands-on, and you will responsible for configuring Purview capabilities such as Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, eDiscovery, retention policies, and audit controls. Skills and experience required:Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Purview in a production environmentStrong experience across key Purview capabilities, including:Microsoft Information Protection (sensitivity labels, encryption, auto-labelling)Data Loss Prevention (DLP)Retention and records management policieseDiscovery (Standard and Premium)Audit and compliance capabilitiesStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance architectureExperience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and controlsPlease note, the role is INSIDE IR35 and will be 1 day per week onsite in Manchester, please consider this before applying for the role.
