Experience working on:o 5-axis CNC milling machineso Twin-turret CNC lathesFault Finding and RepairProven experience troubleshooting and repairing: Hydraulic systems Electronic systems CNC software issues Electrical systems Pneumatic systems Mechanical componentsIncluding: Low-voltage control and feedback systems DC drives Linear guide replacement Ball screw replacement Machine levelling and alignmentDesirable Experience Apprentice-trained with a recognised engineering qualification. Minimum of three years'' experience maintaining CNC machine tools.
