Works Operative - Full-Time Opportunity

Salary: -25,000 per annum

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours: 35 hours/week

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Works Operative to join a multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, thrive in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and safely process orders in line with established procedures and timelines.
• Load and unload vehicles using a counterbalance forklift truck.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and quality standards.
• Manage stock levels of packaged finished goods with precision.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including 5S principles.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Support broader site operations, including general upkeep and other duties.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a warehouse or similar operational environment.
• Valid counterbalance forklift license (essential).
• Strong initiative and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a flexible and professional approach.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Competent in using computers and relevant software.
