People Data Analyst This role can be hybrid to Manchester, Peterborough, Stoke or Chesterfield. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated People Data Analyst to join our People team. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background using Human Capital Management (HCM) systems particularly Dayforce with hands-on experience in SQL and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation. You will be co-responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of our reporting landscape, including developing insightful reports and dashboards that leverage Dayforce data to drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Data Querying and Reporting: Support the production of routine and ad hoc reportsExtract, analyse, and manipulate data from the Dayforce HCM systemDevelop complex queries to retrieve and report on key People data pointsAutomate reports and create recurring SQL-based reports to support People and Finance operations Power BI Dashboards and Visualisations: Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into key People metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, employee performance)Work with key stakeholders to understand reporting needs and build customised Power BI solutions Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse large datasets t identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within People processesProvide data-driven recommendations
