We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to work with us in our central production unit to provide meals for our workplace catering brands.

Location: SW19 8UH

Salary: £65,000 per annum + amazing benefits

Working pattern: Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week - 7am to 3.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standardTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menusTo develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectationsRecipe buildingOnline nutritics system managementTo be creative when menu planning and including the client and customersPride yourself on food quality and hygiene standardOverall responsibility for managing the kitchen team of 15 chefs, 6 Kitchen Porters and 2 storemanProvide feedback and coaching on performanceTo ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training
