As a Psychology Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant in Luton, you will work closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech and language difficulties, and additional learning needs. You will provide classroom-based support and tailored one-to-one assistance, helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and essential academic and social skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted classroom and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and additional needs.
- Assist teachers in preparing engaging lessons and differentiated learning resources.

Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
- A full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
- A genuine interest in Special Educational Needs and child development.
- Previous experience working with children or within an SEN setting is desirable.
- An understanding of ASD and speech and language needs is advantageous.
