Job Title: Mechanical Engineer/PlumberLocation: Little Chesterford - saffron walden (Static)Salary: 45,000 per annum The RoleWe are representing a leading Facilities and Maintenance provider operating extensively across the commercial sector. They are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join an established mobile team covering sites near Saffron Walden.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a variety of commercial sites.Perform mechanical and plumbing duties, including work on AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, VRFs, and splits.Oversee the on-site CAFM system, ensuring all tasks are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Manage site logbooks and ensure all compliance paperwork is kept up to date.Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual commitments and site operating processes.Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, resolving issues effectively to minimise business disruption.Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency response.RequirementsProven experience working within commercial facilities environments.NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating or Mechanical Engineering.Full UK Driving Licence.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV, VRF, Splits) is highly advantageous.Benefits PackageSalary: 45,000 per annumVehicle: Static role (Company vehicle provided)Overtime: AvailableDevelopment: Career progression and ongoing training opportunitiesPe
