Receptionist - Permanent - up to -28K d.o.e - Wilmslow

We are recruiting for a presentable and polite individual to join a well-established business based in Wilmslow as a receptionist and administration support. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who would like to work in a friendly office environment who is eager to learn and take on responsibilities.

Duties

- Meeting and greeting customers

- Signing guests in

- Offering refreshments

- Answering and transferring calls

- Administration duties such as scanning, photocopying, ordering office supplies, booking meetings and typing templated letters.

- Ensuring reception duties are completed in a professional and organised manner

To be successful you must be a presentable and polite individual who can use phone systems effectively. You must also be willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities in the receptionist/administrator role.
