Mobile Fabric/Handyperson 

My client is currently recruiting for a mobile fabric/handyperson to look after a number of care homes. You will have a background in commercial maintenance and ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, changing lights, led's, fire alarm checks emergency lighting checks, changing door closures, changing locks, putting up shelves, handing pictures, changing toilet furniture, taps, washers, blockages as well as painting and general paperwork.

Salary is 37K with van, phone, tablet, uniform, tools and company benefits.

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
