This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative team.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, fatal accident claims, product liability and industrial disease cases. The role involves client meetings, liaising with insurers and experts, preparing court documents, negotiating settlements and attending court as required.About YouApplicants should be qualified solicitors with at least 1 year PQE in personal injury.
