On behalf of our client, we are looking for an immigration solicitor with at least 2 years PQE who has good experience working in a busy immigration law firm. The duties and responsibilities will include handling all aspects of immigration applications, appeals, and Judicial Reviews.The successful candidate will also be expected to have:Good knowledge of immigration rules, visa categories, application forms, procedures, and requirements;Experience dealing with various immigration applications including Points Based Applications, Spouse visas, British Citizenship applications, Tier-based applications, Sponsor Licence and Certificate of Sponsorship applications, and personal immigration applications;Excellent communication and drafting skills;The ability to work under heavy workload and tight deadlines;Ability to work as part of a team;Skills to correctly apply relevant Immigration Rules and Regulations to clients'' circumstances;Good analytical skills;This role is based at our client''s office in Bedford.
