This is a hands-on turnaround role focused on improving systems, enhancing the experience of the people we support, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the social enterprise function through increased commercial growth.The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff and volunteer coordination, quality of support, and performance, ensuring New Chapters continues to provide meaningful work opportunities for adults with learning disabilities
