Our client, a leading international, established Recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting Consultants to source the best and most suited candidates for a range of vacancies. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years'' Recruitment experience in a similar Resourcing role, and will a strong communicator confident liaising with colleagues, clients and candidates of all levels. Key Responsibilities:Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards and internal databasesFormat and prepare CVs for submission to clients Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring their suitability for roles Act as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the process Work closely with colleagues to understand clients'' roles and requirements, ensuring the highest level of candidates are sourcedKey Experience:Degree or A Level educatedMinimum of 3 years'' recruitment experience, ideally within an international firm Highly-organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all timesConfident working in a fast-paced environment, able to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, confident working with colleagues and candidates of all levels This is an excellent opportunity for a Recrui
