One week of office based training requiredTate are supporting a Law Firm and their finance team in their search for an experienced Credit Controller who is available immediately and able to commit for at least four to six weeks. This role plays a key part in keeping client accounts accurate and supporting effective debt collection across the business.Due to the nature of the role, please only apply if you are immediately available!Your main responsibilities will include:Collection of outstanding debt by telephone and emailMeeting with client accounts payable teamsManaging the status of debtsPreparing weekly and monthly debtor analysisLiaising with Partners and fee earners regarding unpaid bill queriesMaintaining accurate client account recordsSkills and experience:At least twelve months recent credit control experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood computer skills in Excel and WordPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
