Prestige Vehicle Technician £26k - £36k Depending on experience plus bonus and overtime Hemel Hempstead Permanent, Full Time Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm / 1 in 3 Saturday''s (paid as overtime) Our client, a prestige Motor Trade main dealer group in the Hemel Hempstead area are looking to recruit a Prestige Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient. Duties and Responsibilities: • Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards. • Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. • Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. • Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes. • Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. • Providing your technical expert opinion to customers. Your Background and Skill: • Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician. • Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer. (4-5 years +) • Strong communication skills. • Full UK Driving Licence. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
