HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Immediate Start Salary: £30,000 £32,000 Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm Location: Office-based with some flexibility We re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition professional to join a close-knit HR team and help drive recruitment across a range of roles, from office positions to warehouse, hygiene, QA, and machine operators. What you ll do: Manage end-to-end recruitment: create engaging job adverts, conduct pre-screen calls, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Use data to inform recruitment decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes. Bring creative ideas to campaigns, talent pipelining, employer branding, and candidate engagement. Represent the business at recruitment events and fairs. Support HR admin: onboarding, contracts, interview coordination, and compliance checks. What we re looking for: Strong recruitment experience, including social media and digital campaigns. Highly organised, proactive, and resilient with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively. International recruitment experience is a plus but not essential.
