As an ETE Coordinator, you will: Deliver one-to-one job coaching and employment support tailored to clients'' needs. Organise and deliver IT and practical skills training. Support clients in CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and proactive job searches. Identify links, build relationships and opportunities with organisations providing employment training and educational opportunities. Recruit, supervise, and support volunteers. Track and report on clients'' outcomes, ensuring a high-quality, client-focused service.
