The job responsibilities include managing the presentations for fine dining, auditorium event and conferences rooms areas at Allen and Overy Shearman, ensuring high-quality service while staying within budget and adhering to all policy requirements.The successful candidate will:Have a natural ability to go above and beyond to make sure our client has a memorable experience.Have outstanding client service skills who can adapt their approach to make our clients feel welcome.Lead by example, working alongside the team by prioritising their development and training.Ideal candidates will have:Proven experience as a Supervisor in a fine dining setting orA background in premium hospitality operations, ideally within environments that serve blue-chip clients or professional services firms.A passion for outstanding client service skills, presentation, and professionalism.We are the oldest caterer in the UK, founded in 1847.
