An established construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Cost Management team in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and ambitious professional to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including education, commercial, industrial, retail and aviation. While the majority of projects will be based in the West Midlands, there will also be opportunities to contribute to schemes across the wider UK. The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering high-quality pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, working closely with clients, project managers, contractors and wider project teams to ensure effective cost control, commercial performance and risk management. This role would suit someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, taking ownership of project deliverables and contributing to the development of a collaborative and successful team.
