Lead on all aspects of finance and management accounting, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and income opportunities are maximised.Oversee HR and administration, embedding best practice and ensuring compliance with legislation.Provide strategic financial insight to colleagues and the Board to shape decisions and drive the organisation forward.Ensure good governance and compliance, supporting the Board to meet legal and regulatory responsibilities.Contribute to shaping PlayBoard’s strategy to strengthen the organisation’s impact now and in the future.About You

Confident and experienced leader with a strong background in finance and corporate services. You bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire others.
