As a Secondary Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor, you could be:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.

• Supervising classes and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning.

• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Supporting pupils with their learning and answering questions where appropriate.

• Following school policies and maintaining high expectations of behaviour.

• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.

• Adapting to different classrooms, year groups and school environments.

Who are we looking for?

• Qualified Secondary School Teachers with QTS.

Previous secondary school experience is advantageous, but we''re happy to speak with candidates from different backgrounds who have the confidence and ability to manage a classroom.
