You will be involved in:Certify the product in line with the product certification procedureExamining for correct assemblyExamining the finish of all parts to detect faulty finishing or painting, deterioration of surfaces etc Inspect for physical damageInspection checks non-product certificationMonitor product certification operatorsCheck and complete all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data packControl defect items via segregation from good productRaise and maintain relevant data records/defect reportsProduce relevant inspection/quality control documentation/history sheetsCare for and use specialised inspection toolsMaintain product certification and approval via regular auditsEnsure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing processEnsure inspection times are met Your skillset may include:Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21or HNCSeveral years'' experienc
