The Opportunity
A leading global management consultancy is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join its London team on a 50-week temporary assignment, starting as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, international organisation and play a key role in delivering a first-class recruitment service across the business.
The Role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and secure high-calibre talent.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Sourcing and proactively identifying high-quality candidates through a variety of channels.
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
- Conducting interviews and providing advice and guidance to hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews and managing the recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
- Working closely with HR and wider People teams on recruitment activity.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring ATS data is kept up to date.
- Supporting recruitment reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Helping to ensure recruitment processes are consistent, efficient and aligned with company standards.
About You
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is confident operating in a fast-paced, professional environment and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an internal recruitment / in-house talent acquisition role.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting within a professional services, consultancy, financial services or similarly corporate environment would be advantageous.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent candidate management skills.
- Confidence working with senior hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of recruitment systems and processes.

This is a 50-week temporary assignment based in the City of London, offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
£174 per day + holiday pay | ASAP start | 50 weeks | City of London | Hybrid 3/2
