Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups. Ensure pupils remain motivated and on task throughout the day. Complete basic marking and handover notes where required. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A flexible and proactive approach. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
