The Role: This role will focus on delivering impactful training and supporting staff development across multiple care settings. You will play a key part in ensuring employees are confident, competent, and aligned with best practice and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate engaging induction programmes for new starters, supporting their transition into care roles.Deliver a range of mandatory and refresher training sessions in line with compliance requirements.Assess staff competencies and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.Partner with internal stakeholders to roll out additional or specialist learning initiatives.Maintain accurate training records and ensure all activity meets regulatory and organisational standards.Stay informed of sector developments, ensuring training content remains current and relevant.Coordinate training logistics
