You''ll lead a small, capable finance team and work collaboratively across the business to support future growth.Key areas of responsibility include:Partnering with the Managing Director on financial strategy and long-term planningLeading and developing a busy finance team, ensuring high performance and continual improvementProducing monthly management accounts including PandL, balance sheet, margin analysis and commentaryManaging cashflow forecasting and supporting wider cash management activityCosting, stock analysis and oversight of regular stock takesLeading annual budgets and rolling forecastsReviewing and explaining variances across overheads and gross marginsPrepar
