Interim Finance Manager - 6 month Fixed term contract- Circa £52,000 - Hybrid working - Central London Client Details This opportunity is with a respected organisation within the charity industry Description Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights to senior management.Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.Collaborate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Profile A successful Interim Finance Manager should have: A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).Extensive experience in accounting and finance within the charity industry.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial systems and software.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
