We need a stand-alone site manager for quite a technically complicated-residential new build project in the centre of Beaconsfield.

The house, a bungalow with bespoke glazing and contemporary high-end interiors is being built for a private client by the residential main contractor based in High Wycombe we are recruiting for.

Around -1.5 million worth of builder''s works. This is a new build scheme requiring the ability to bring a job out of the ground and drive it through, maintaining-programme to finishes and handover.
