Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, working closely with clients and project teams to create innovative business applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.What You’ll Do

Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.) to meet client requirements. Optimise workflows, data management, and reporting.Client Engagement: Gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into functional solutions.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and developers on best practices.Customization and Integration: Tailor Dynamics 365 CE to client processes, including custom entities, fields, workflows, and forms. Integrate with other applications (ERP, marketing, service platforms).Client Advisory and Best Practices: Provide expertise on CE best practices, industry standards, and business optimization.Governance and Security: Implement data governance, security roles, and compliance policies across environments.Training and Enablement: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for client teams or internal staff.Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap, new features, and industry trends to advise clients strategically.Documentation and Reporting: Document specifications, configuration settings, and changes. Prepare project status reports for internal teams and clients.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with developers, system administrators, and project managers to ensure successful delivery; participate in planning and progress meetings with functional input.Qualifications and Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).Hands-on experience with CE customization (entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards).Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work with business stakeholders to deliver functional solutions and best practices.Understanding of CRM principles and customer engagement processes.Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Experience writing functional specifications and process documentation.Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) in CE context.Appreciation of solution management, ALM, and DevOps practices.Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200).What We Offer
