This is a great opportunity for a chef looking for a quality daytime role, working with fresh, seasonal produce in a busy but supportive kitchen. The Role Working as part of a small brigade of 2-3 chefs, you''ll be responsible for running your section and producing consistently high-quality food. The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients with modern British influences. You''ll ideally have experience in a similar fresh-food environment and be confident across different sections.
