Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes while helping to maintain strong financial controls.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.Process month-end transactions and reporting.Assist with payroll, audits, and year-end accounts.Respond to finance queries and support continuous process improvements.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.About YouExperience in a finance or management accounting role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.Excellent Excel and finance systems skills.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.Accounting qualification (or studying towards one) desirable.Charity sector experience advantageous.What''s on Offer?Flexible, part-time hours.Predominantly remote working with occasional office days in Westminster.Supportive team environment and opportunities for professional development.Applicants for this role are being reviewed as and when they come in
