Becoming a product expert and sharing your knowledge with colleagues. Creating and updating FAQs, user guides and support documentation. Supporting the development of customer training materials. Assisting with software testing and identifying product improvements. Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. About you Degree in Accountancy or a related subject. At least 6 months'' customer service experience. Good understanding of UK tax, financial statements and double-entry bookkeeping.
