Encourage a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.Planning and Execution: Manage engineering planning and ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality delivery. Oversee sprints and project cycles while resolving bottlenecks. Continuously assess and adopt new technologies to keep the platform innovative and competitive.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Regulatory teams to define and deliver on business and compliance needs.Technical Engagement: Stay technically involved through solution design, code reviews, and decision-making. Promote best practices in modern software development.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, compliance, and commercial stakeholders. Communicate risks, progress, and technical concepts clearly to all audiences.About YouProven experience managing and developing engineering teams in dynamic, high-growth environments.Strong hands-on technical background with a history of involvement in architectural and code quality discussions.Track record of delivering complex software products, particularly in SaaS or B2B contexts.Proficient in modern development practices including Agile, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing.Experience collaborating across functions, including working with product and compliance stakeholders to meet technical and regulatory needs.Excellent organisational and communication skills, comfortable with shifting priorities and scale-up environments.Passionate about mentorship, team development, and fostering a transparent, trust-based culture.Any experience with Snowflake, AWS, IAM, ML Ops, SecOps and containerisation would be sought after.
