This position offers the chance to take ownership of contract governance, supplier management and procurement activities within a complex international business, while helping shape and develop a growing function.Reporting into the Business Governance team, you will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, IT and international stakeholders, ensuring robust contract management processes are in place and delivering commercial value across the organisation.Your new role Key responsibilities will include:Managing the full contract life cycle, from negotiation and implementation through to renewal and termination.Supporting supplier contract management, terms and conditions reviews, and compliance activities.Developing and maintaining a centralised contract and lease management database.Driving contract governance improvements and increasing visibility of key contractual obligations.Leading supplier performance, consolidation and rationalisation initiatives.Supporting procurement activities across a range of indirect spend categories.Managing property leases, supplier agreements and service contracts.Collaborating with UK and international stakeholders on approvals, governance and compliance requirements.Overseeing company fleet contracts and supplier relationships.Supervising a Purchasing Assistant and supporting ..... full job details .....
