A leading manufacturer of plastic products is actively seeking an Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor to join their team due to an internal promotion.Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for all production aspects of the shift in line with the production plan. 42,000- 45,000, Monday-Friday workingAs the Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, your duties will include:Achieving KPIs, covering OOE, cycle times, quality, and scrap.Setting machines and troubleshooting process issues.Overseeing and managing the team on shift (typically 8-12 people made up of a Setter, Materials Handler, Slinger, and Operators).To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, the ideal candidate will:Possess a strong background in injection moulding.Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve moulding issues efficiently.Have exposure to working with robotic automation.Have some experience in supervising and leading small teams.
