Inspection and Quality Control: Ensure production units match approved drawings and specifications. Monitor operations to ensure compliance with production standards. Recommend adjustments to production processes where necessary. Conduct inspections, testing, measurement, and reporting on materials and finished products. Oversee inspections, checking dimensions, fit, form and function. Accept or reject finished items based on quality assessments. Identify and document non-conformities, assisting with corrective actions. Ensure completion and recording of all quality checks in the Integrated Management System (IMS). Use precision measuring tools to detect defects and deviations from standards and help with Calibration activities. Collaborate with production teams and engineers to resolve quality issues and drive improvements. Compliance, Documentation and Audits: Maintain detailed inspection reports and records of findings. Compile and submit comprehensive quality reports, records, and compliance documentation for internal and client review. Ensure that all work meets ISO, industry, and client requirements.
